What if my hat doesn't fit right?

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number to follow your package's journey.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Store your hat on a shelf flipped upside down on its crown. Avoid leaving it in a hot car, as heat and direct sunlight can damage the shape and discolor the material.
