How much does shipping cost?
Avenue offers free worldwide shipping on all orders. For U.S. customers, all duties and taxes are included. For U.K., Canada, and New Zealand, shipping is free, but local duties/taxes may apply upon delivery.
What if my hat doesn't fit right?
We understand that a perfect fit is essential. If your hat doesn't fit, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Check our Size Guide for more details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number to follow your package's journey.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I care for my hat?
Store your hat on a shelf flipped upside down on its crown. Avoid leaving it in a hot car, as heat and direct sunlight can damage the shape and discolor the material.
