Price Adjustment Policy
We understand that seeing an item you recently purchased go on sale can be disappointing. Please note that we are unable to retroactively apply promotional pricing to orders placed outside of an active sale period.
As a gesture of goodwill, if you placed your order within 3 days prior to a storewide sale, we are happy to offer a 20% discount as a partial refund on your recent purchase.

General Terms of Sale
Please review these terms carefully; completing a purchase signifies your full acceptance of these conditions. Avenue the Label reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Each transaction is governed by the terms in effect at the moment the order is placed.
- Order Binding: By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion at any time.
- Product Pricing: Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping & Delivery: Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. Avenue the Label is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.
- Order Amendments: Modifications to an order can only be made by contacting us via email. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend or exchange the product until the return process is initiated.
- Lost or Stolen Parcels: Avenue the Label is not liable for any parcels that are lost, misplaced, or stolen once they have been dispatched from our warehouse and tracking is provided.
- Duties and Taxes: International prices are not inclusive of local customs duties or taxes. Should a customer refuse to pay import taxes upon arrival, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded.
